Create 2025-08-08-WHY2025

WHY2025 added, but some attributes were a bit hard to add. Please check the event_address, because I only have coordinates or an url. I choose the url. Also the start time & end time are not determined yet afaik so I choose times which I assume will work out due to prev experience.
